Neighborhood Farm Market

Early Summer through the end of Fall is a great time to peruse and purchase the "fruits" of our local Farm Markets. During the Fall l am on the lookout for decorative and colorful gourdes, pumpkins and squash which are displayed creatively to entice purchases. The larger markets are very good at this and are happy to comply with requests to photograph their wares. The day I arrived at this market workers were stacking the daily harvest in a very thoughtful way. I had to paint it!
