Q: What restrictions are there at the gallery due to the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: Due to the Delta variant, all visitors are once again required to wear a mask. Thanks for your cooperation.
Q: Can I purchase a gift certificate?
A: Yes! It makes a perfect gift and the you won’t have to guess at which artwork they’ll like best.
Q: Where can I park my vehicle?
A: There are a few parking spaces in front of our entrance, and municipal parking is nearby on the east side of Thirsty’s and Hungry’s.
Q: What methods of payment do you take?
A: We accept credit cards, personal check, cash and also Paypal, for online purchases.
Q: I am an artist. How do I exhibit at Pittsford Fine Art?
A: We are not accepting applications at this time. We are developing a member application process, which will become available once the process is complete.
Q: Do you sell reproductions/prints?
A: Initially we only offered original work, but since December of 2020 we have offered archival fine art prints by our members in print racks in our North Gallery.
Q: Is there a discount for purchasing work without the frame?
A: In many cases, that can be true. Please inquire if the piece of interest is available without the frame.
Q: Do any of the artists at Pittsford Fine Art give classes or workshops?
A: Yes! Please use the Classes tab to see offerings by members to learn more.
Q: I’m not sure the painting I want is going to work until I get it home. What if it doesn’t work out?
A: We have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for that very reason. We understand that sometimes you just need to see it in place, but we are also confident that you will love your new painting. NOTE: This policy only applies to purchases made in person at our gallery.
Q: Is there a fee to view the work?
A: No! Looks are free, and the public is welcome during regular hours to view the work.
